Founded by Wesley (ฉลาม), a road accident survivor turned community advocate, this initiative aims to provide round-the-clock support, youth education, and public health services in Southern Thailand.

Charoen Watthana began with a fundamental belief: meaningful change happens one person at a time. While we’re working toward official foundation status, our focus remains on the people we serve rather than administrative milestones.

When our resources allow, we’ll establish something transformative for the Mu Samui Islands: a sanctuary where compassion operates around the clock. Our doors will welcome anyone seeking support, connection, or understanding at any hour of the day or night.
